UAB registration for non-Lithuanian citizens can be completed only at a notary’s office and it usually takes approximately one week.

We ca also register a UAB enterprise with your chosen name and then sell it to you! All you have to do is come to the notary at the agreed time and sign the purchase documents. A newly registered UAB will have a registered bank account, company seal and all of the documents required to start doing business including a formed authorised capital. A UAB with your name will only cost you €400. However, you will still need to pay a notary fee of about €90 and a translator fee starting from €70.
