Registering a VšĮ

Almost identical to an NGO, a VšĮ  is a non-profit legal entity whose main objective is to satisfy public interests in education, training, scientific, health,  cultural, environment safety, social or legal and sports activities as well as other activities benefiting the public.

During VšĮ registration at a notary we will prepare all of the registration documents, organize a meeting with the notary and present the documents to the Registry Center together with you. All you need to do is come up with a VšĮ name and provide the other legal entity registration data.

If the client has a residence permit in Lithuania and a mobile signature, it costs 300 EUR to set up a company electronically.

Other option is to incorporate company at a notary. VšĮ registration document preparation costs just €160 + PVM! You will also need to pay a notary fee 250-350 EUR and Registry Center fee of about 30 EUR.
