Registering an Individual Enterprise in Lithuania

An individual or personal enterprise is a type of company belonging to a single person or family. The owner is subjected to unlimited liability, and the company’s property is inseparable from his personal property, i.e. the owner is liable for the company’s debts including their initial business investments, business assets and all of their personal property.

If the client has a residence permit in Lithuania and a mobile signature, it costs 250 EUR to set up a company electronically.

The service costs just €160 + PVM, to which you’ll need to add a further € 50-150 for the notary fee and a one-off payment of €30.99 to the Registry Centre.
